Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a role to drive email and SMS marketing efforts for promoting available facility time and pickup games, while coordinating booking and customer follow-through.

You will build targeted campaigns, create audience segments, and optimize flows from welcome to repeat bookings, working with our operations team to ensure smooth events and high participation across Latin America and beyond. Remote from Latin America with evening/weekend shifts in Toronto/Eastern time.

Qualifications

• Experience building email campaigns and automations with SMS
• Strong written and spoken English for NA customers
• CRM and email/SMS platform experience (Klaviyo/ActiveCampaign/HubSpot/Mailchimp)
• Detail-oriented with schedules, prices and customer records

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting facility time, pickups, and offers
• Create audience segments by location, sport, interest, booking history
• Build and improve welcome messages, lead follow-up, reminders, and win-back flows
• Write clear English copy with offers and calls to action; adapt assets for mobile
• Check audiences, dates, times, prices, links and suppression rules before launch
• Monitor delivery issues and maintain consent records
• Report on enquiries, bookings, participation and revenue metrics
