Community Sports Partners is seeking a marketer to turn campaigns into bookings for sports facility time and pickup games, coordinating email and SMS journeys and sales follow-through.

Role covers permit and facility-time sales, pickup-game coordination, and remote support from Latin America, building campaigns, segments, and optimized flows.

Candidates should have hands-on CRM and email/SMS experience, and be available for evenings/weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.

Formación

• Experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands-on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
• Confidence following up with leads, explaining an offer and asking for the booking.
• Strong attention to detail with schedules, prices, customer records and deadlines.
• Experience with a CRM and an email/SMS platform; familiarity with Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot or Mailchimp.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, write, build and send email/SMS campaigns with offers.
• Create segments by location, sport, interest, booking history and engagement.
• Develop welcome, lead follow-up, reminder and win-back flows; optimize journeys.
• Maintain accurate view of available locations, dates, times, pricing and quotes.
• Support pickup-game coordination and respond to enquiries to convert bookings.
