Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking an organized marketer to build email and SMS campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games, and registration opportunities. You’ll segment audiences, craft messages, and drive bookings while coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling.

You will manage lead follow-up, optimize automated journeys, and report on campaign performance, enrollment, and revenue.

Qualifications

• Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands-on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
• Comfort following up with leads, explaining an offer and securing the booking.
• Experience with CRM and email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar).

Responsibilities

• Create and send email/SMS campaigns promoting available facility time and offerings.
• Segment audiences by location, sport, interest, and history.
• Build welcome, lead follow-up, and win-back journeys; optimize CTAs and copy for mobile.
• Maintain audience lists, consent, suppressions, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with operations to confirm availability and manage bookings and renewals.
