Job summary

Global Technology Services is seeking a junior E-Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to support preventative and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and general crafts. You will manage work orders, allocate resources, coordinate parts, and estimate costs using CMMS tools.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in maintenance scheduling and a foundational understanding of maintenance workflows, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance scheduling, work order planning, or operations coordination (1–3 years).
• Foundational understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance workflows across crafts (mechanical/electrical).
• Basic knowledge of resource allocation, inventory tracking with procurement, and maintenance documentation.
• Exposure to cost estimation and cost tracking for operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance across major crafts using CMMS.
• Develop and maintain maintenance plans and schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to scope, prioritize, and schedule tasks.
