Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Planner to lead the development and maintenance of the project master schedule using Oracle Primavera P6. You will coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, procurement and construction to ensure timely updates and robust baselines.

The role requires 10+ years in project controls, strong reporting, and proven experience in large-scale or mission-critical projects within a consulting engineering environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level education in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain master schedules in Primavera P6.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and maintenance of the project master schedule in Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for timely project updates across engineering, procurement and construction phases.
• Prepare and maintain the Basis of Schedule and the project master schedule.
• Apply resource loading for staffing plans and monitor progress using S-curves.
• Provide weekly/monthly plan vs. actual reporting and mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate IPS sessions with discipline leads, vendors and client inputs.
• Ensure schedule activities are coded to WBS and interfaced with controls for progress/forecast updates.
• Analyse critical path and adapt to scope changes and trends.
• Comply with owner policies and regulatory requirements.
