Job summary

Robot.com, a dynamic robotics startup, is hiring a Junior Engineer (Maintenance) to support mechanical and electronic systems across the US and Colombia. You will work with the Maintenance Lead to develop strategies, assist the CEO and managers, and help ensure high uptime for robotic fleets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, strong English, and hands-on skills in voltage/current measurement, DC analysis, and MOSFET/diode operation. Hybrid COL/US work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic or Biomedical Engineering.
• Fluent in English (B2/C1) and able to obtain US work authorization in Colombia.
• Proficient in measuring voltage and current with a multimeter.
• Knowledge of DC analysis of circuits and MOSFET/diode operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance on mechanical and electronic issues.
• Supervise documentation of field repairs with accuracy and completeness.
• Review and update maintenance reports.
• Manage inventory updates.
• Provide fleet status reports by campus in your area.
• Determine spare parts requirements and tool needs by campus.
