Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking a Workforce Planner Junior to support global staffing and scheduling efforts, ensuring service levels and cost-efficiency across regions. You will work with forecasting tools, deliver regular reports, and assist leadership in handling growth and major events.

Responsibilities include six-phase workforce management, rota accuracy, and cross-regional collaboration to optimize coverage and SLA performance. Hybrid model with opportunities for growth in a global team.

Qualifications

• Proficient data analysis and reporting using Excel.
• Experience with staffing/forecasting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce planning processes across six phases, including data gathering, cleaning, forecasting volumes and headcounts.
• Create standardized daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for operations teams.
• Maintain rota management in local regions and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Administer annual leave, lieu time, and planned off-floor activities.
• Refresh and present schedules ahead of each quarter in line with business needs.
• Meet or beat SLA targets through effective workforce planning.
• Coordinate coverage for holidays, time changes, and events.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve staffing levels and efficiency.
• Approve and manage overtime and lieu time, with monthly reporting and cost alignment.
• Collaborate with IT on Genesys configurations and skill changes.
