Job summary

Emapta Colombia is seeking a detail-oriented Distribution Operations Coordinator to strengthen digital distribution integrity, enhance property visibility across international markets, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences. This remote, indefinite-term role offers a 5-day work week, 20 vacation days, and access to Emapta Academy for upskilling.

You will work with global clients, maintain property data across platforms, and support launches and updates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, e-commerce, administrative operations, hospitality systems, or other detail-oriented, system-based work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when handling large volumes of information
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and updates simultaneously
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, tracking systems, and structured information
• Ability to learn new technologies and navigate multiple systems and platforms
• Ability to work independently, follow established processes, and recognize when to ask questions or elevate issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with online travel agencies, such as Booking.com, Expedia, or Airbnb, booking engines, hospitality systems, or content management system platforms (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Maintain property and unit-level information across online travel agencies, Airbnb, booking engines, awareness channels, and other guest-facing platforms
• Support new property launches by setting up and entering required property and unit information across applicable platforms
• Enter approved descriptions, amenities, policies, services, room and unit details, and other property information into applicable systems
• Upload, tag, organize, and sequence approved photographs to ensure accurate associations with properties and room types
• Conduct regular audits and update property information as needed to maintain accuracy across channels
• Assist with property-level website updates as needed
• Support property transitions and closures by updating or removing information across applicable platforms
• Track completed and outstanding updates and maintain organized documentation
• Follow established processes and checklists to ensure thorough task completion
• Flag missing information, conflicting details, or unclear instructions before making updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather or confirm information required to complete assignments
• Partner with Revenue Management on unit configurations and other distribution requirements
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to improve processes and workflows
