RTX is seeking an IAM/AD specialist for remote work with occasional travel to the Santa Isabel site. You will handle ServiceNow tickets, install and support Active Directory tools, and ensure secure, efficient operations across IAM services.

Strong scripting (PowerShell/SQL), Azure Identity experience, and collaboration skills are required to align with security standards and industry best practices. Remote role with on‑site travel as needed.

Formación

• University Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in related roles.
• 3+ years of Active Directory experience
• 3+ years of information technology experience
• 3+ years of technical ticket work

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily ServiceNow tickets.
• Install, configure, and support Active Directory tools and governance solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and document processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Assist with IAM projects requiring team participation.
• Ensure daily operational processes run efficiently.
• Review integrations for best practices and security standards.
• Provide production support during Sev 1/Sev 2 incidents.
• Participate in on‑call schedule.
