Medtronic is seeking a skilled IAM professional to administer Active Directory and Entra ID, implementing GPOs for security, and ensuring system reliability. You will lead upgrades, collaborate with offshore teams, and drive automation to improve user experiences across enterprise platforms.

The role requires 4+ years in IT Security or IAM, plus hands-on work with Azure, Windows Server, and scripting (PowerShell).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in IT Security or IAM.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience with scripting languages for automation (PowerShell).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and Windows Server OS.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and manage Active Directory and Entra ID environments; implement Group Policies for compliance and security.
• Ensure IAM system availability, capacity, and performance; monitor access controls and RBAC.
• Plan and manage system upgrade and patching with local and offshore teams; liaise with vendors for issues.
• Explore and help build automation to improve end-user experience; define policies for operations.
