Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment.

You'll own Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines across multiple clouds, collaborating with global teams including India and the U.S., while maintaining security and reliability in fast-paced projects.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years DevOps/SRE experience, strong scripting, cloud proficiency, and a proactive, communicative mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container tooling.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go; strong cloud platform experience.
• Knowledge of observability stacks and PCI-compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build and own IaC for AWS/Azure/GCP via Terraform/Pulumi/CloudFormation.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments with security scanning and canary deployments.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with Helm, ArgoCD or Flux.
• Build observability dashboards and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement security and compliance controls including IAM, SSO, and policy-as-code.
• Lead incident response and on-call rotations with blameless post-mortems.
• Collaborate with developers on local dev experience and internal platform tooling.
