Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment. You will own Kubernetes-based workloads and collaborate across global teams to maintain scalable, secure systems.

The role requires 4+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong CI/CD, IaC, and cloud proficiency, with upper-intermediate English. Flexible remote/office options are available, supporting a diverse, fast-paced product environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container tooling.
• Strong scripting in Python/Bash/Go; solid cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform / Pulumi / CloudFormation).
• Own CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI with automated deployments and rollback.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) with Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux.
• Build observability with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog.
• Implement security and PCI-compliant controls across environments.
• Lead on-call incident response and post-mortems to reduce MTTR.
