Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps Engineer in Colombia to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment.

You will design IaC, own GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, and implement security and monitoring across environments. Remote-friendly with hybrid options and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container tooling.
• Strong scripting in Python/Bash/Go; solid SQL and cloud platform experience.
• Observability stack experience and PCI-compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design and build cloud infrastructure as code for AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and security scanning with modern tools.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with best practices.
• Build observability dashboards and alerting; ensure reliability and MTTR reduction.
• Ensure security, IAM, secrets management, and compliance controls.
