Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container tooling.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or Go with cloud platform experience.
• Hands-on experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog).
• Understanding of cloud security and PCI/compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and run cloud infrastructure as code for Data and AI teams.
• Own CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI and automate deployments.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) and manage containers with Helm/ArgoCD/Flux.
• Develop observability with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards and SLO-driven alerts.
• Implement security controls and PCI-aware patterns.
• Lead incident response and drive reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with developers for local dev experience and platform tooling.
