Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and run cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for Data and AI teams in a PCI-compliant environment. You will design and maintain pipelines, infrastructure as code, and scalable Kubernetes clusters across AWS/Azure/GCP.

You will lead on-call rotations, champion security best practices, and collaborate with engineers across time zones to deliver reliable, observable systems. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or platform-engineering experience operating production services.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) and container tooling (Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, Flux).
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go; solid SQL; familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI with automated testing and secure deployments.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure as code for AWS/Azure/GCP using Terraform/CloudFormation/Pulumi.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with Helm, ArgoCD, and Flux; manage autoscaling, ingress, and secrets.
• Build observability via Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog; implement SLO-driven alerting.
• Implement PCI-aware security and compliance controls (IAM, SSO, secrets management, vulnerability scanning).
• Lead on-call incidents, post-mortems, and reliability improvements to reduce MTTR and toil.
