Core Code io is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will communicate with customers via email, chat, phone, and other channels, delivering a positive experience and resolving issues promptly.

The ideal candidate has strong English written and verbal skills, is detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Prior experience in customer support and CRM tools is a plus.
