Lighthouse AI is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist for a full-time remote role. The position requires knowledge of pharmaceutical state licensing, strong data accuracy skills, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

You will manage customer relationships, monitor usage, gather feedback, coordinate NPS, and support renewals and upsells. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and sales to improve value and ensure customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical state licensing requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software applications.
• Ability to document findings clearly and communicate effectively.
• Prior experience with data validation, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
