LighthouseAI is seeking a detail-oriented regulatory support professional to assist the State Licensing department with regulatory applications, license verification, and document management. The role involves drafting state pharmaceutical applications and addressing deficiencies in coordination with Boards and customers.

• Experience in regulatory affairs, licensing, or related administrative field in pharma/healthcare/life sciences.
• Regulatory data entry, application processing, or compliance documentation experience.
• Familiarity with Boards of Pharmacy, DEA, or FDA is a plus.
• Experience in high-volume, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with document management systems, licensing portals or CRM software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Draft online and hard copy state pharmaceutical applications.
• License verification
• Review signed applications for accuracy and completion
• Review mail (electronic if remote)
• Address deficiencies highlighted by the Board on behalf of customer
• Update internal database to reflect application progression
• Maintain document repository of customer supporting documents, applications and deficiency correspondence
• Administrative work (basic Microsoft Word skills required)
