LighthouseAI is seeking a motivated Training Support professional to join our Learning & Development team in a remote role, collaborating with Training Specialists to ensure smooth delivery of training programs and administrative operations.

This position thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, with a self-starter mindset, rapid tool adoption, and a passion for continuous improvement across Synthesia, Clipchamp, Thinkific, and Zendesk platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in instructional design or learning & development content creation.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles (ADDIE, Bloom's taxonomy, microlearning).
• Background in regulatory compliance (pharma/healthcare/life sciences) or similar.
• Prior experience supporting a training, HR, or L&D team in an admin role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain the Training team's Outlook calendar using Microsoft Bookings, including scheduling sessions and sending invitations.
• Provide responsive support to internal stakeholders with questions related to LighthouseAI's software and platforms.
• Collaborate with Training Specialists to build, update, and maintain training curriculum and course materials.
• Synthesia — Produce professional training videos; script, build, and publish AI-generated video content aligned with goals.
• Clipchamp — Create and edit screen recordings and short-form tutorial content; record, trim, caption, finalize recordings.
• Thinkific — Build, update, and manage course content, learner enrollments, and reporting; maintain LMS library.
• Zendesk — Maintain and update help desk knowledge base articles and monitor platform changes.
• Answer internal help desk questions and assist with new hire software orientation sessions.
• Draft, format, and maintain training documentation; translate complex processes into clear materials.
• Version-control and archive materials; ensure consistent voice and standards across assets.
