Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Required: prior customer service experience.
• Fluency in English, strong communication and empathy.
• Experience with CRMs or ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel customer support (phone, email, chat).
• Explain underwriting concepts and Rent/Deposit coverage to renters.
• Assist landlords and brokers; manage escalations with professionalism.
• Share customer insights to inform product/process improvements.
