The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer success experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. Formación

• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• A track record of driving retention, adoption, or account growth.
• Experience with SaaS or e-commerce is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding calls and ensure new customers launch smoothly.
• Drive adoption, AOV lift, and retention for merchants.
• Document customer configurations and success playbooks.
