Amplify is seeking a Technical Onboarding Manager to guide new customers from signup to launch. This role involves leading live onboarding calls, configuring Amplify for Shopify merchants, and ensuring smooth installations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with HTML and CSS, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical customers. Enjoy a fully remote work environment with competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with HTML and CSS.
• JavaScript experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with Shopify themes or e-commerce storefronts preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead live onboarding calls with new Amplify customers via Zoom.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding process from initial setup to go-live.
• Implement and customise Amplify using HTML and CSS when needed.

Conocimientos

Excellent written and spoken English

Hands-on experience with HTML

Hands-on experience with CSS

JavaScript experience

Experience with Shopify themes

Strong problem-solving skills
