Regnology is hiring a Customer Success Office Agent to serve as the operational backbone for our Customer Success Managers in a fully remote setup based in Bogota, Colombia. You will keep CRM data current, coordinate client meetings, and help standardize CS processes to scale our operations globally.

In this role you will work closely with CSMs, update records, and contribute to reporting on client engagement while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials across time zones.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and internal workflow/tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide back-office support to Customer Success Managers through CRM maintenance, meeting scheduling, follow-up tracking, and workflow improvements.
• Prepare and maintain account records, client health data, and status updates for accurate CSM visibility.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, QBRs, and internal reviews with agenda prep and follow-up actions.
• Support renewal, onboarding, and account-review processes with up-to-date documentation and timelines.
• Contribute to building and refining internal CS processes, templates, and playbooks as the organization scales.
• Ensure accurate records across systems and support internal reporting on client engagement and CS metrics.
• Work with other teams across time zones to gather information and coordinate on behalf of CSMs.
