Regnology is seeking a Helpdesk & Customer Success Operations Agent (Remote) to join our team and serve as the first contact for client inquiries via Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, or similar tools. You will triage issues, capture data, and route to the right teams in a fast-paced, international setting.

This remote role supports North American clients within a Follow the Sun model, collaborating across APAC and EMEA.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with numbers and data.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus.
• Willingness to support on-call duties.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries via ticketing platforms; triage and route to internal teams.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule to support time-sensitive tickets across time zones.
