Broadvoice is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator in Bogotá to ensure orders are complete, verified, and ready before installation. You will bridge Sales and Service Delivery, review paperwork against quotes, and confirm numbers portability and credits as needed.

You’ll convert MAC requests into orders, manage order queues, tracking milestones, and maintain Service Delivery metrics while collaborating with Sales, Service Coordinators, and customers in English.

Formación

• Experience handling orders, accounts, or service requests by phone and email.
• Experience updating records and tracking status in a CRM system.
• Salesforce, call center, or telecom/UCaaS/VoIP order experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review new orders in Salesforce before hand-off against quoted terms.
• Verify documentation signed and attached (quote, LOA/COB when porting).
• Map customer accounts in B-Hive and verify signer name/title/date.
• Process MAC orders into new opportunities and update MRC fields.
• Maintain Service Delivery metrics and follow up on milestones.
