Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Customer Onboarding or Account Management.
• Advanced English proficiency with clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when configuring customer accounts.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning and working with technology.
• Ability to follow established processes while maintaining natural, conversational communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new customer accounts for a successful launch by configuring key account settings, including logos, agreements, pricing, and other setup details.
• Guide customers through onboarding via phone and email, schedule and conduct virtual onboarding meetings, and provide follow-up after training.
• Conduct engaging virtual training sessions to help customers understand the software and adopt it into their business.
• Manage scheduled onboarding sessions and account setup tasks within timelines and accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to introduce additional features.
• Own the onboarding experience and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
• Provide prompt support via phone, chat, and email and document interactions and progress.
• Maintain accurate internal records and communicate progress and needs to teammates.
