Elite Escapes offers a fully remote Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) role. You will combine destination knowledge, service excellence, and a consultative sales approach to pair travelers with the right ship, itinerary, cabin, and onboard experiences.

You'll engage clients via email, chat, and phone, explain options clearly, and turn inquiries into confirmed cruises with energy and a client-first mindset. Remote work with onboarding and growth opportunities awaits.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple quotes and reservations.
• Comfort with technology and using online tools for travel planning.
• Passion for travel and helping clients find the right cruise experience.

Responsabilidades

• Understand clients' destinations, budgets, dates, and must-haves.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, cabins, dining, and add-ons.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed bookings via email, chat, and phone.
• Explain options clearly, including deposits, payments, protection, and port requirements.
• Handle booking details, changes, payments, and special requests with care.
• Build post-booking relationships for repeat sailings and referrals.
• Share cruise insights and promotions to clients.
