Job summary

Manukora is a leading DTC wellness brand and seeks a Marketing Assistant to support two core areas: creative operations and partnerships operations. You’ll ensure assets from creators and partners are filed, named, and routed efficiently, while onboarding and tracking creators to payments and posts.

The role offers growth across the marketing team and a fully remote setup with US overlap. As the role evolves, you’ll gain broader exposure to the marketing function, automate repetitive workflows,

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing, creator, social media or operations support role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Strong written English for creator communications.

Responsibilities

• Creative asset intake and routing from creators, partners, production and editors.
• Keep asset library clean: name, tag, store and fix access issues.
• Maintain creator/affiliate tracker and update records from onboarding to posts.
• Coordinate product seeding: shipments, tracking, links and follow-ups.
• Handle partnership admin: briefs, deliverables, usage rights and payments.
• Capture and check creator content; ensure disclosures are correct.
• Support wider marketing tasks as priorities shift.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose or build automation.
