Job summary

Manukora Limited is seeking an experienced Paid Social Designer to own in-house ad creative for Meta, Amazon and landing pages. You will work with US-based strategists and deliver high-volume, on-brand statics and light motion from briefs.

You’ll ensure hooks, layout and typography meet premium standards while following brand guidelines and compliance rules. The role is fully remote with overlap with Pacific time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing paid social creative for US, UK or Australian DTC or CPG brands, in-house or at an agency, running high volumes of paid ads.
• Portfolio of paid social ads that ran; link required and review will exclude non-paid work.
• Strong understanding of hooks, formats, placements, creative testing, and what moves the numbers.
• Excellent hierarchy, typography and layout instincts at thumbnail size.
• Fluency in Figma, plus After Effects or similar motion.
• Comfort with AI tools in workflow (Higgsfield and CapCut) - used with judgement.
• Speed with pixel-perfect craft in high-volume output.
• Brand-standard discipline and ability to push inside guidelines.
• Overlap with US-based strategists 4+ hours daily (9am-5pm Pacific).

Responsibilities

• Design paid statics for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Amazon assets from briefs.
• Create light motion assets (~5 seconds) for ads.
• Generate rapid variant iterations to optimize performance.
• Own and maintain a documented static/template system for speed and consistency.
• Apply product claims and brand guidelines on every asset.
• Analyze ad performance with strategists and iterate.
