Pavago is seeking an Executive Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day execution across marketing, executive operations, content, CRM management, and administrative workflows. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is highly organized and comfortable working across marketing and operational systems, remotely from LATAM with U.S.

Formación

• Experience in Executive Assistance, Marketing Coordination, or Operations Support.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets/Drive/Calendar.
• Experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Responsabilidades

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day executive coordination.
• Schedule and publish social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows and CRM records.
• Support email campaigns, follow-ups, and lead nurturing automations.
• Edit short-form videos and create Canva assets.
• Coordinate communication across teams and stakeholders to keep projects moving.
