WITHIN is seeking a Creative Project Manager in Bogotá who will oversee the lifecycle of internal projects, ensuring timely delivery and cross-department collaboration. The role focuses on refining workflows, documenting progress, and coordinating teams across creative and strategy units.

You will manage schedules, capture notes, and facilitate communication between Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production teams, while learning to lead growing projects and mentor junior staff.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly use project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers).
• AI integration.
• Keep communication, documentation, and updates visible to teams.
