WITHIN is seeking a Creative Project Manager to develop and refine project management skills, owning internal workflows from kickoff to delivery and ensuring high quality client work.

You will coordinate across Account, Creative, Strategy, Media and Production, manage schedules and meeting agendas, capture notes, consolidate feedback, and foster collaboration across LATAM and US hubs with distributed staff while embracing AI to scale processes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly use project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers).
• Incorporate AI tools as part of workflows.
• Keep communication, documentation, and updates visible to teams.
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas and goals.
