Storm Ideas is hiring a Creative Operations Officer to turn messy creative and operational processes into clear, reliable workflows. You will build practical Airtable bases and lightweight solutions, and use AI to speed up mapping, documentation, QA, and automation.

Formación

• Experience owning workflows, processes, systems, or operational projects and improving reliability.
• Strong structured thinking: break a messy problem into users, inputs, outputs, statuses, handoffs, risks, and decisions.
• Practical AI usage to speed up workflow efficiency with KPI measurements.
• Reliable ownership of defined projects, including asking clarifying questions, communicating progress, and escalating early when blocked.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Confidence with spreadsheets, structured data, project tools, and documentation tools.
• Airtable experience is highly useful, and this role will suit someone who turns rough workflows into clean processes.
• High attention to detail and habit of checking work before handoff.
• Ability to explain systems and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability and curiosity about new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Storm Ideas partners with some of the world's most recognisable media and entertainment brands. Behind that work are planning processes, approvals, asset handoffs, reporting needs, stakeholder reviews, and internal systems that run cleanly.
• As a Creative Operations Officer, you will help teams turn messy creative and operational processes into clear workflows, systems, documentation, and handoffs.
• This is not a generic coordinator role. The focus is reliable delivery: structure work, build Airtable workflows, and help people use them.
• You do not need to come from a social media background; you should learn quickly, ask good questions, and use AI to speed up work with clarity.
• Organize and manage work across briefs, tasks, priorities, and follow-ups with clear status updates.
