Social Movement Technologies is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate a variety of remote, part-time tasks (20 hours/week) and keep internal systems humming. The role focuses on process improvement, calendar management, payroll, billing, and trainees support, with flexible start times within EST overlap.

You'll collaborate across a lean, mission-driven team and help ensure a great participant experience, contributing to movement-building while learning new tools and maintaining high

Formación

• Experience with movement work and non-profit collaboration.
• Strong proofreading and copyediting skills.
• Comfort with onboarding volunteers and training participants.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate emails, calendars and project tasks across tools.
• Load emails, manage translations and supervise payroll/billing.
• Respond to inquiries and support trainees and team members.
• Post social media content and manage team tasks in ClickUp/Asana.
• Track metrics and help implement process improvements.
