Storm Ideas is hiring an account manager to own the client operating rhythm for Creative Operations and Systems/Process Design work. This fully remote role aligns with US Eastern Time and requires high accountability for stakeholder context, next steps, and clear handoffs.

You will use AI-enabled workflows to sharpen client interactions and ensure delivery. In this role, you will structure conversations, map stakeholders, and drive proactive follow-ups while collaborating with internal teams.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience owning client relationships, stakeholder communication, account delivery, or complex operational conversations.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• High agency with initiative and ownership of steps.
• Structured thinking: break work into owners, inputs, outputs, risks, decisions.
• Keen interest in AI-enabled account management and workflows.
• Strong client presence: warm, confident, and responsive in interactions.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Monday.com, Notion, Asana, spreadsheets, Slack, Teams, or similar tools.
• Comfort with systems/process literacy and explaining tradeoffs clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Own the client context for Creative Operations and Systems/Process Design clients: stakeholders, priorities, history, risks, and follow-ups.
• Run the client operating rhythm to prevent drift in meetings, updates, actions, blockers, and handoffs.
• Turn vague requests into clear next steps, owners, dependencies, and decisions.
• Become highly capable with AI tools and workflows for account management (prep, mapping, summaries, QA, memory).
• Use AI to improve context, questions, follow-ups, and reduce knowledge gaps across teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive follow-ups.
• Write client-ready summaries that are transparent about uncertainty and scope.
• Document and reuse context via maps, notes, logs, and trackers for Storm.
