INGEPSY is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare accurate estimates to support revenue, margin, and backlog objectives. You will work independently with guidance from Senior Estimators, applying estimating standards and maintaining margin focus.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, identifying risks, supporting bid strategy, and ensuring quality and timely estimates. A remote setup is required with reliable internet.

Formación

• Demonstrated accuracy in estimating and data review.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Estimating production: prepare complete and competitive estimates per standards.
• Risk management: identify scope gaps and exclusions, escalate as needed.
• Business development support: provide inputs for bid strategy and scope reviews.
• Quality & process adherence: maintain accuracy and participate in reviews.
• Relationship management: collaborate with peers, operations, sales, and vendors.
• Project ownership: manage workload, deadlines, and bid visibility.
