Somewhere, a U.S.-based construction company, seeks a Construction Estimator to own takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid submissions across earthwork, paving, and concrete projects. You will review drawings, perform quantity takeoffs, develop competitive estimates, and collaborate directly with the owner in a tech-enabled environment.

Ideal candidate has hands-on estimating experience, strong English, and comfort using ConstructConnect and AI tools to speed and scale bids.

Formación

• Experience performing construction quantity takeoffs from drawings and specs.
• Ability to develop clear, defendable estimating assumptions and pricing.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled estimating tools and tech-driven workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage ConstructConnect opportunities and bid pipeline.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for earthwork, site work, paving, and concrete.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates including labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specs, and scopes to identify cost considerations and missing information.
• Translate takeoffs into complete project estimates and bids.
• Collaborate with the owner to review pricing, margins, and risks.
