LMK Recruiting Solutions seeks a Senior Estimator to handle cost analysis for large-scale projects from Bogotá, Colombia, working full-time on EST hours for our NYC-based headquarters. This remote contractor role requires English fluency and expertise with Stack, OST, Bluebeam, and Excel.

The role covers conceptual budgets, cost models, risk review, and managing bids with NYC teammates. Compensation is $2,000–$2,500 per month on a 1099 basis, with monthly invoicing.

Formación

• Native or near-native English required for daily communication with NYC team.
• Experience estimating for North American projects and codes.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs across trades.
• Develop conceptual budgets and cost models for design stages.
• Review plans to identify risks and constructability issues.
• Collaborate with NYC-based project managers via virtual meetings.
• Maintain material/subcontractor cost database for NYC area.
• Manage bidding process with subcontractors.
