INGEPSY is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to own the estimating workflow and help win larger projects. You will review drawings, perform quantity takeoffs, develop cost estimates, and prepare competitive bids in collaboration with the owner.

You will work in a remote, tech-enabled environment and use AI tools to improve speed and accuracy while aligning with the owner’s cost philosophy and margins.

Formación

• Previous experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, quantity surveying or related field.
• Hands-on quantity takeoffs from drawings and specs.
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, and scopes of work.
• Experience preparing detailed project cost estimates.
• Knowledge of labor, material, equipment and subcontractor costs.
• Familiarity with ConstructConnect and bid workflows.
• Experience bidding on earthwork, paving, site development or related civil scopes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the ConstructConnect platform and opportunity pipeline.
• Review invitations, plans, specs, scopes and bid requirements.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and develop cost estimates.
• Prepare complete project bids with clear pricing assumptions.
• Collaborate with the owner to validate numbers and margins.
• Ensure bids meet deadlines and are properly documented.
• Leverage AI tools to speed research and estimation workflows.
