Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of corporate collections experience interacting with a large customer base.
• Must reside in Medellín or Bogotá.
• Comfortable with phone interactions, email, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Review open accounts and invoice reports to execute effective collection efforts.
• Manage a consistent workflow of 100+ weekly interactions.
• Identify and resolve customer billing problems.
