EXP Group LLC, a multinational fruit and vegetable distributor, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage day-to-day customer support and collections for an assigned portfolio of accounts. This role collaborates with Sales and Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections, while delivering responsive service to customers.

Remote LATAM-based position requires fluent English, experience in collections, and ability to work Eastern Time business hours.

Formación

• Experience in customer service and collections is required.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to work Eastern Time business hours.
• Comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to follow standardized processes for credit checks, account holds, and collections cadence.

Responsabilidades

Location: Remote LATAM (must work Eastern Time business hours)

Employment Type: Full-Time/ Contractor

Compensation: $1,000- $1,500/month

About The Role

• EXP Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our newly centralized Customer Service & Collections team. This role owns day-to-day customer support and collections activity for an assigned portfolio of accounts, working closely with Sales and Finance.
