Royal York Property Management, inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee owner and tenant relationships across active files.

The role emphasizes ownership of client outcomes, managing multiple properties, and clear communication in a high-volume setting. The position offers full-time remote work with Eastern Time hours, serving owners and tenants in a professional, process-driven environment.

Formación

• Three to five or more years of property management or related client-ownership experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients, properties, accounts or active files simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling owner, tenant or client concerns.
• Strong process discipline and comfort working within a structured CRM and task-management system.
• Strong follow-up habits, task management and documentation accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for property owners and tenants.
• Manage multiple active clients, properties and files with strong organization and follow-through.
• Provide proactive updates so owners understand what is happening, what is pending and what comes next.
• Handle time-sensitive property and tenancy matters with urgency, professionalism and clear communication.
• Coordinate next steps between owners, tenants, internal departments, vendors and other service providers.
• Collect, review and track required property, owner and tenant documentation.
• Maintain complete CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow-ups, updates and file movement.
• Escalate serious issues promptly and use sound judgment to protect client satisfaction.
