Caseware seeks a Senior DotNet Software Developer to lead back-end engineering, shape architecture, and mentor teams. This is a fully remote role based in Colombia, reporting to a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

You will drive deliverables across architecture, design, and the SDLC while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Expect a high-impact, global SaaS platform and continuous improvement.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with impact beyond a single team.
• In-depth experience with server-side .NET and C#, including distributed microservices.
• Experience designing cloud-native SaaS platforms, ideally on AWS.
• Strong fundamentals in OOP, design patterns, SOLID, and code quality.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and design platform components, delivering business value and future-state vision.
• Lead technical direction, RFCs, and hands-on collaboration with senior engineers.
• Mentor developers, participate in code reviews, and raise engineering maturity.
• Build and optimize back-end services across monoliths and microservices.
• Design and optimize SQL Server queries and data access patterns.
