Caseware is seeking a Senior Software Developer III (Back End) to lead architecture, mentor developers, and shape the platform using .NET technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical decisions into business value and drive improvements in CI/CD and product delivery.

The role is fully remote and located in Colombia, offering opportunities to influence a global SaaS platform and work with a seasoned engineering team.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience with impact beyond a single team.
• Experience with server-side .NET and C# in distributed microservice architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build key features and architectural improvements for the platform using modern .NET technologies.
• Lead architecture discussions and mentor developers to improve engineering maturity.
• Develop and optimize monolith and microservice services; ensure reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Security, and Operations.
