Caseware is seeking a Staff Software Developer for the Back End team. You will be a senior individual contributor shaping architecture, standards, and core platform features across multiple teams and regions.

In this remote Colombia role, you will mentor engineers, drive design reviews, and lead critical architectural decisions to improve observability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Extensive .NET and C# expertise; proven backend leadership.
• Experience delivering cloud-native systems on AWS and with containerization.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve architecture for scalable, reusable backend systems.
• Lead cross-team technical decisions and code reviews.
• Own end-to-end features and architectural improvements, from design to build.
