Caseware is a leading fintech company offering accounting and audit software with global reach. This fully remote role is based in Colombia, and you will define and evolve Caseware’s AI platform architecture, leading multi-team collaboration and delivering scalable, compliant AI services.

You will design and operate AI systems built on LLMs and retrieval pipelines, emphasizing governance, reliability, and cost effectiveness, while mentoring engineers and shaping architectural decisions in a

Formación

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
2+ years building and operating production AI systems.
Experience designing distributed, SaaS, cloud-native platforms at scale.
Experience implementing AI guardrails, governance controls, and safety mechanisms.

Responsabilidades

Define and evolve the technical architecture for Caseware’s AI platform with scalable, secure design principles.
Build and operate AI systems powered by LLMs, retrieval pipelines, and multi-agent workflows.
Design evaluation, governance, auditability, and traceability frameworks for measurable, compliant AI systems.
Translate AI advances into practical platform capabilities solving real customer problems.
Lead architecture reviews and RFCs, influence technical direction across teams.
Balance delivery speed with long-term platform health and reliability.
