Caseware is seeking an experienced engineering leader to define and evolve the technical architecture for its AI platform. You will design, build, and operate scalable AI systems powered by LLMs, retrieval pipelines, and agentic workflows, ensuring governance and traceability across production environments.

You will influence direction through RFCs, architecture reviews, and cross-team collaboration while mentoring engineers and improving platform health in a fast-moving, remote-friendly setup.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building and operating production AI systems.
• Experience designing distributed, SaaS, cloud-native platforms at scale.
• Experience implementing AI guardrails, governance controls, and safety mechanisms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for Caseware’s AI platform, establishing architectural standards and design principles.
• Design, build, and operate AI systems powered by LLMs, retrieval pipelines, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled services.
• Implement evaluation, governance, auditability, and traceability frameworks for measurable and compliant AI systems.
• Translate advances in AI into practical, maintainable platform capabilities that solve customer problems.
