Blossom is seeking a proactive Client Implementation & Support Specialist to onboard new clients, configure the product to fit their needs, and drive successful adoption of our software for credit unions. You will be the primary contact by phone and email, guiding clients through enhancements and ongoing maintenance.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with product, support, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless client

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced English, spoken and written.
• 2–3 years in client-facing roles in software support, customer success, or software implementation.
• Hands-on experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Familiarity with software configuration, data management, or system implementation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients onto our software, following implementation project guidelines.
• Set up and configure the product to fit each client's needs.
• Implement new features for existing clients.
• Serve as the main contact for your assigned clients by phone and email.
• Support clients with data and system maintenance throughout their contract.
• Back up the phone and email support team for new and existing clients.
• Follow up after each implementation or fix to confirm the client is satisfied.
• Keep issue tracking and project management tools accurate and up to date.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver a consistent experience.
• Share client feedback with product management and suggest feature enhancements.
• Build and maintain deep expertise in our software and implementation processes.
