Valoroo is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to source, onboard, and manage relationships with refrigerated carriers to ensure robust capacity across our lane network. The role blends prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management, collaborating with operations and brokerage teams to cover freight and grow our preferred carrier program.

Formación

• Experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or transportation logistics (reefer/temperature-controlled preferred).
• Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and building relationships in high-volume settings.
• Proficiency with load boards (DAT, Truckstop.com) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Source qualified refrigerated carriers via outbound calls, load boards, directories, and referrals.
• Evaluate capacity, equipment quality, safety ratings, and lane preferences during qualification calls.
• Guide carriers through onboarding, including docs, insurance verification, and TMS setup.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of carrier prospects to support growth targets.
