Howard Financial is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage daily hotel accounting operations for vacation rentals. The role emphasizes handling transactions, reconciliations, and reporting while supporting leadership in financial operations.

The candidate should be fluent in English, have 2+ years in the field, and be comfortable working as an independent contractor during standard EST hours (9 AM–5 PM). Remote collaboration with a global team is offered.

Formación

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in short-term rentals.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting and daily financial operations.
• Skilled in SAGE, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools; familiarity with Bill.com or Ramp is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Fluent English — able to communicate effectively with clients and management.
• Availability: 9 AM–5 PM EST.
• Works as an independent contractor.
